It is perfectly balanced, endlessly versatile and built to taste as good in a velvety flat white as it does in a long black. If you want a coffee that shows up for you every single morning without asking anything complicated in return, this is the one. Expect notes of chocolate, caramel butterscotch and apple in a cup that feels like home, familiar, reliable and deeply satisfying. Sitting right in the middle of the strength scale, it is not too bright, not too dark and not too bold. The chocolate is soft and milk forward, the caramel rounds everything out, and a whisper of red apple keeps it honest. That balance is what makes it the most loved blend in the ST. ALi range. Made for the espresso machine, stovetop, plunger or Moccamaster, Orthodox does not pick favourites, and neither should you. It is roasted fresh to order daily and works beautifully black or with full cream, skim, almond or oat milk.
